SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship worldwide. Once your order is placed, there is a processing time of 3-5 business days, and shipping time varies from 5-18 business days.

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we do not anticipate delays after the package is shipped, these events may occur. Please contact us if our carrier is delayed (more than 18 business days) and we will be happy to help locate the package for you.

Please, when filling in your delivery address, pay close attention and enter all the necessary data for the delivery to be made.

Orders with missing data, or insufficient address, in addition to delays, when we return to the warehouse, for reshipment we charge the basic shipping fee of the country of destination. In case of cancellation or withdrawal, the transport value will not be refunded. So please pay attention not to make a mistake.

Both shipping costs are calculated based on the geographic location of the delivery address and the total weight of the package. Follow the checkout options to receive your calculated fee and estimated delivery time.

Please note that customs fees will apply to shipments in accordance with local law. Koizas.eu does not apply these fees, therefore, we cannot waive fees at the time of delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the package being sent back to us, for which shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
