RETURNS

Items purchased on KOIZAS.EU will gladly be accepted for refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. All goods must be received back in their original form.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.

Any international returns received after 40 days from the date of order will be returned to the sender.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS or on SALE are a Final Sale. If these items are returned, a fee of €25.00 will be charged and the items will be returned to you.

If your item is damaged [I'm sorry!] Please email our Customer Support team within 7 days (from the date you receive the product) to COMMERCIAL@CINNAMONBLISS.EU with your order number, and a photo of the defective item and one of our agents will be happy to help you!

Used a coupon code? No problem! We are now accepting returns using coupon codes unless otherwise noted. Please note that the item must be unwashed, unworn and free of stains or odors.

1. Make sure your items are refundable. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery as long as the item is unwashed, unworn and free of stains or odors. The item must not be a final sale item (on sale, promotion, etc). Other exclusions may apply.

2. Navigate to the returns portal using the button at the bottom of the page.

3. Follow the instructions provided on the website to complete your return.

4. Once we receive your return, your package will be processed within 7-10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.

Is my item refundable? Yes, however some exclusions may apply. We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that items must be in new condition, free of stains or odors. Our full store policy can be read by clicking here.

Do I have to pay for return postage? Unfortunately, we do not currently offer prepaid return labels. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not responsible for packages lost on the way back to us.

How long does it take to process my refund? Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your package. Refund will be returned to the original form of payment used to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the package has been processed.

When will I see the funds back in my account? Refunds take approximately 7-10 business days to process with us, however we suggest contacting your financial institution for more information on when the amount will be posted to your account. Each bank has varying processing times.
